The new Dark Corojo was manufactured 10 years after the original Joya de Nicaragua Antao mix was released, and it is a pleasant departure from the traditional style of Nicaraguan handmade cigars. Built with a special Corojo leaf wrapper that is black, oily, and bursting with flavor, and long-fill tobaccos from Nicaragua that have been aged for three years. The earth, cedar, pepper, cocoa, and a pleasantly sweet finish emerge from the JdN Dark Corojo, which is naturally powerful yet remarkably smooth.
